Raaarrr, beware of teh smexy demon chick!
Painted with reference. I traced the outlines (with a few modifications) and based the lightning slightly on the reference. I decided pretty soon that I wanted to make her an exotic beauty, which is not so beautiful at a second glance. Photoshop, lots of textured brushes, color manipulation and Xavier Naidoo loop.
